ABOUT
Wayfinders Africa was established in 2019 in response to the ongoing humanitarian dilemma among the refugees in Mozambique's Maratane refugee camp.
Misson
Wayfinders Africa is a faith-based non-profit that provides resources and training to enable refugees and disadvantaged people in the Nampula Province of Mozambique to solve their problems and to thrive through practical and sustainable health, educational, economic and spiritual solutions.

Each year the US-based teams serve in and around Maratane on trips ranging from several weeks to several months. With the assistance of local leaders and US-based subject-area specialists, they coordinate training, seminars, and events all aimed at improving health and nutrition, enhancing self-reliance, and advancing the effectiveness of the local church.
